NWCC's Leadership Model

At Northwest Christian Church, we believe in and practice a four-tier leadership model.  At the top of the leadership model you have Jesus Christ and the Bible, which should guide every decision that the church makes and every step that the church takes.  At the second level, the church has elected Elders, men who have accepted the call to lead the congregation, as shepherds of the families and overseers of the ministries.  The third level is our Ministry Team Leaders, who actually oversee the day-to-day coordination of our ministries.  Finally, the fourth level of leadership is the Individual, meaning every member of Northwest Christian Church.  Whether we realize it or not, every one of us is called to be a leader, at our workplace, in our neighborhoods, in our families and at our church.  We lead by example to help lead others to the good news of Jesus Christ.
