On Thursday, December 14, 2006, Northwest Christian Church received its certificate of occupancy for the new worship facility on Highway 92 in Acworth and we held our first worship service in our new building on December 17, 2006. After twelve years of meeting in temporary facilities (J.J. Daniell Middle School, Kennesaw Mountain High School, Kennesaw Elementary School and Frey Elementary School, we finally have a place to call our own, thanks to God!

Phase I of our campus is complete with three buildings. The first to open was our church office building, complete with staff offices, a conference room, kitchen, a workroom and storage area for our ministry teams.

The second building was our multi-purpose building, which plays host to many of our youth activities, women's ministry events and additional storage for our ministry teams.

Finally, the main worship building houses our new worship center, classrooms, a large fellowship hall, kitchen, the "Upper Room" and many other amenities.

We are excited about this next step in our church's history. We hope you will join us as we continue to use the tools that God has given us to further His kingdom here on Earth.
